The person interview was Kevin who is an older man who is also retired from working.
The themes of this article are that african americans are not given proper funding for schools healthcare and bank loans. This is ultimately wrong and I believe it needs to change. In my powerpoint I showed why this needed and solutions to the problem.
A solution to this problem is provide education to these people. The author feels that people must be educated for something to change. He also said proper legislation must happen in congress so funds for african amercians start happening.
My story through college has been very interesting. I first went to the Univeristy of Oklahoma but because of several reason i decieded to transfer. I feel that i have had a very good childhood and upbringing and with both my parents going to college i felt it was my duty to go to college.
